Aquarian PTO Needs Your Photos!

 

Aquarian Family and Staff Photo Request

In lieu of a yearbook this year, the PTO is working on a virtual alternative, and we need your help! We need photos from you. Please submit your photos using the following guidelines:

 

Photo File Type: jpeg & png

Photo Size: Maximum 15mb attachment per email

Photo Quality: Crisp & Clear (please note that grainy/blurry/fuzzy photos will not be used)

Photos must fit into one of the following categories:

Covid/Quarantine/Zoom School Life

Outdoor Fun

Holiday’s (all holidays are welcome)

First Day of School (Zoom or returning to school in person)

Classroom Fun (Please be sure to tell us which classroom)

Notice of Annual Meeting and Board Elections

The PTO will hold its annual meeting on Monday, October 5 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The proposed agenda can be found here. 

PTO will also be holding elections for PTO Board and, following installation of the new board, officer elections. There are board vacancies, and each position serves for a single two-year term (no member can serve more than three consecutive 2-year terms). Anyone interested in becoming a board member should complete the self-nomination form and e-mail it to the PTO secretary. In the alternative, you may self-nominate at the annual meeting.

Additions to the agenda must be submitted to the PTO secretary no later than Monday, October 5 at 12 p.m.
