Notice of Meeting - February 4, 2014

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Aquarian Charter School will be holding a regular meeting on Monday, February 4 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Aquarian Library. At the time this notice is being prepared, the PTO expects the agenda of its meeting to include topics as outlined in the draft agenda.

This notice also serves as a request for additional agenda items. PTO members, parents, and staff with agenda topics may notify the PTO Secretary at aquarianpto@gmail.com. Please include your name and information regarding the topic to be considered for PTO discussion. The deadline for submitting new agenda items is Monday, February 4 at noon.

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the warm temperatures and lack of snow, the Sledding Party and Dessert Auction originally scheduled for Friday, January 31 has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 6, 5:00-7:00 PM.

Notice of Meeting - January 27, 2014

Due to the fire in our neighboring apartment complex, the meeting scheduled for January 13 was cancelled... it has been rescheduled for January 27.

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Aquarian Charter School will be holding a brief meeting on Monday, January 27 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Library at Aquarian Charter School. The purpose of this meeting is to address immediate funding requests.

We will adjourn and then reconvene to participate in the Second Annual Tri-Board Meeting along with the Aquarian staff and the Academic Policy Committee (APC) at 6:00 PM. This meeting will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room. At the time this notice is being prepared, the agenda is as follows:

1. Introduction and Purpose of Meeting
2. Visitor Comments (3 minutes per person, max 30 minutes)
3. Overview of School Structure
4. Progress Report from Last Meeting
5. School Goal
6. Meeting Adjourned
