Notice of Board Elections - October 1, 2012

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Aquarian Charter School will be holding Board Elections at the annual meeting on Monday, October 1 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Library at Aquarian Charter School. Any member in good standing is entitled to vote in the election. Attendance is encouraged, but absentee voting is allowed.

To vote absentee:

1. Click here to download the ballot form.
2. Complete your ballot and place it in an envelope.
3. Write your name on the outside of the envelope.
4. Submit ballot envelope to the front office.

All absentee ballots must be turned into the Aquarian office by close of business on Friday, September 28.

Notice of Annual Meeting - October 1, 2012

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Aquarian Charter School will be holding an annual meeting on Monday, October 1 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Library at Aquarian Charter School. At the time this notice is being prepared, the PTO expects the agenda of its meeting to include topics as outlined in the draft agenda.

NOTE: In addition to our regular agenda items, the PTO will be holding elections for the 2012-2013 Board of Directors. If you are interested in joining the board, please complete the self-nomination form and submit it to the office by September 21. All current PTO members are eligible to become board members.
