Notice of Annual Meeting and Board Elections

The PTO will hold its annual meeting on Monday, October 5 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The proposed agenda can be found here. 

PTO will also be holding elections for PTO Board and, following installation of the new board, officer elections. There are board vacancies, and each position serves for a single two-year term (no member can serve more than three consecutive 2-year terms). Anyone interested in becoming a board member should complete the self-nomination form and e-mail it to the PTO secretary. In the alternative, you may self-nominate at the annual meeting.

Additions to the agenda must be submitted to the PTO secretary no later than Monday, October 5 at 12 p.m.

Forms must be submitted to the PTO (you can give them to Annie or Hope in the office) by Monday, October 7 by 3 p.m.

Anybody interested in serving on the board can complete a self-nomination form and submit it to the office (or any PTO member) prior to the meeting, and/or attend the meeting and self-nominate. Notice of Annual Meeting & Board Elections

The Aquarian Charter School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will hold its annual meeting on Monday, October 2 at 5:30 p.m. in the Aquarian Library. All families are welcome to attend. 

In addition to the regular agenda, board and officer elections will be held. Board members serve for a two-year term, and there are 6 seats open for election. Any PTO member may self-nominate to serve on the board by completing a self-nomination form; non-PTO  members may also self-nominate, but must become a member. Officer elections for the 2017-18 school year will be selected after the Board is voted on.

Nomination forms must be submitted to the office or any PTO member no later than Monday, October 2 at 12 p.m. To become a PTO member, complete the membership form and submit it with your payment to the office.

Notice of Board Elections - October 1, 2012

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Aquarian Charter School will be holding Board Elections at the annual meeting on Monday, October 1 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Library at Aquarian Charter School. Any member in good standing is entitled to vote in the election. Attendance is encouraged, but absentee voting is allowed.

To vote absentee:

1. Click here to download the ballot form.
2. Complete your ballot and place it in an envelope.
3. Write your name on the outside of the envelope.
4. Submit ballot envelope to the front office.

All absentee ballots must be turned into the Aquarian office by close of business on Friday, September 28.
